Mechanical (Est: 1994)We have a team of skilled engineers, fabricators, and technicians who excel in structural / custom fabrication.Our team has expertise in plasma/gas/water jet cutting, welding (SMAW/ GTAW/ GMAW), bending, rolling, shearing, assembling, sand blasting and painting steel components to construct robust and durable structures.

Services Offered

  • Waterjet cutting (Can cut through a wide range of materials, including metals (such as steel, aluminum, titanium), plastics, composites, stone, glass, ceramics, and more & can accommodate materials of varying thicknesses).
  • Gas/plasma cutting (we can cut metals such as steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper, and brass, as well as other conductive materials).
  • Plate rolling (roll metal plates into cylindrical or conical shapes, creating cylinders, tanks, pipes, and other curved components).
  • Metal/ pipe bending (we can bend plates/pipes of different diameters and wall thicknesses into various configurations, including precise angles, curves, and custom shapes).
  • Custom fabrication (we produce complex and customized metal components or assemblies by welding, bending, rolling and other fabrication processes).
  • Sand blasting & painting.
  • Fabrication of construction equipment parts boom, grabs / bucket, pivot shaft, track adjuster frame.
  • Fabrication of structural works, storage tanks, cement silos, skids, accumulators, steel pallets, gantry cranes, etc.
